Not bad for the price and I can feel a slight difference on days I skip use. Not super potent but that's why I like it, I just need a little extra to get through the day!

I take lots of supplements both to help in my well-being and in sports, mainly ice hockey. I just started taking these Shilajit gummies. I've never tried a shilajit supplement before. In reading about it, shilajit seems to have some solid benefits. The flavor and texture is pretty good. As with any supplement, it's hard to tell if they give you the benefits they claim because benefits are so gradual, it's hard to judge. I'll keep taking these and see over time if they help.I took off one star because these contain sugar, although not much (2g). The only other thing I didn't like about these is that they stick to each other in the jar. Not a huge problem, but just a little annoying that I have to separate them to get one out. Other than those two things, these are decent.
These supplements helped me focus more clearly at work and for a more durable period without crashing like coffee usually would. These are average capsules and easy to swallow. Great value overall.
